Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

Technician Grade I (Signal):

• Bachelor of Science in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Instrumentation, or
• Three-year Engineering Diploma in related fields, or
• Engineering degree in relevant disciplines.

Technician Grade III (Various Trades):

• General Requirement: Matriculation (10th grade) plus ITI from NCVT/SCVT recognized institutions, or completion of an Act Apprenticeship in the specific trade.

Specific trades include:

• Blacksmith, Bridge, Carriage and Wagon, Crane Driver, Diesel (Electrical and Mechanical), Electrical (various specialties), and many more.

Age Limit (as of July 1, 2024):

• Technician Grade – I (Signal): 18 to 36 years
• Technician Grade – III: 18 to 33 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
• OBC Candidates: 3 years
• PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years

Age relaxation applies as per Government of India regulations.

Salary Details:

• Technician Grade – I (Signal): Level 5, ₹29,200 per month
• Technician Grade – III: Level 2, ₹19,900 per month
