- Junior Engineer (Survey Engineering) Gr-III (S2) – Full-Time Regular Three Years Diploma in Survey Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering (with survey as a subject) from recognized Technical Board / Institute having minimum 70% marks
- Surveyor Gr-IV – Full-Time Regular Two Years ITI (Surveyor) from a recognized technical board/ Institute. (Qualification should be recognized in India and from Govt approved ITIs. / National Council for Vocational Education and Training/ State Council for Vocational Training)
- Draughtsman Gr-IV (W4) – Full-Time Regular Two Years ITI (Draughtsman Civil) / ITI (Architectural Draughtsman) from a recognized technical board/ Institute
