Eligibility Criteria:
- Junior Accountant:
- Officials holding analogous posts or LDCs with 5 years of service or UDCs with 3 years of service in Central/State Government Departments or PSUs.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
- Officials holding analogous posts in Central/State Government Departments or PSUs.
- Personal Secretary (PS):
- Candidates holding analogous posts in Central/State Government Departments or PSUs.
- Stenographer (Steno):
- Candidates holding analogous posts in Central/State Government Departments or PSUs.

Selection Process for Ministry of Communication Recruitment 2024:
The selection process for the Junior Accountant, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Personal Secretary (PS), Stenographer (Steno), and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) positions will be conducted on a deputation basis. The key steps in the selection process are as follows:
- Screening of Applications:
- Applications submitted will be screened to ensure that candidates meet the eligibility criteria (qualifications, experience, and age limits) as specified for each position.
- Candidates must submit attested copies of their APARs (Annual Performance Appraisal Reports) for the last three years along with their application. These reports will be used to evaluate the candidateās performance and suitability for the deputation role.
- Vigilance Clearance:
- Applicants must provide a Vigilance Clearance Certificate from their current department. This certificate confirms that the candidate is not facing any disciplinary action or inquiries and is eligible for deputation.
- Selection Committee Review:
- A selection committee will review the applications and assess the candidateās experience and qualifications based on the submitted documents, including the APARs and Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
- Interview or Document-Based Selection:
- While there is no written test, the selection may include an interview or an assessment based on the candidate’s service record and performance in their current role.

- Final Selection and Offer:
- After the evaluation, selected candidates will be notified and appointed on a deputation basis for an initial period of three years.
