Educational Qualifications:

1. Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary): Must be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with at least 3 years of experience in a company listed on NSE or BSE.
2. Deputy Manager (Survey): B.E/B.Tech in Mining or Civil Engineering with a Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency, or M.Tech in Geomatics.
3. Deputy Manager (R&D): Bachelor’s in chemical engineering/technology or a Postgraduate in Chemistry (preferably Inorganic or Analytical).
4. Deputy Manager (M&C): Bachelor’s in arts/science/commerce/engineering with a Postgraduate degree/diploma in Materials Management or MBA in the same field.
5. Assistant Manager (Official Language): Master’s degree in Hindi/English or any subject with Hindi and English as mandatory subjects. Experience in translation or terminology work is preferred.
6. Management Trainee – Human Resource: Two-year full-time Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in HR/Personnel with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
7. Management Trainee – Finance: Must have cleared the final examination of CA/ICWA or possess a two-year full-time MBA in Finance with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
8. Management Trainee – Law: Bachelor’s degree in law, including a five-year integrated LLB, with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
9. Management Trainee – M&C: Two-year full-time Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Materials Management with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
