Selection Process:

Contract Pay:

• Faculty: The starting pay is ₹30,000, with an annual increment of ₹2,000 up to ₹40,000. Additionally, an annual performance incentive of ₹2,000 will be awarded based on satisfactory performance, along with a mobile allowance of ₹300 per month.
• Office Assistant: The salary begins at ₹20,000 with a yearly increment of ₹1,500, rising to ₹27,500. An annual performance incentive of ₹1,500 is also provided for satisfactory service.
• Watchman cum Gardener: Starting pay is ₹12,000, with an annual increment of ₹800, reaching up to ₹16,000. A performance incentive of ₹1,000 is awarded each year for satisfactory work.
