Eligibility Criteria

1. Generalists:
   • Minimum qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
   • Minimum Marks:
     • General candidates: 60% in the degree examination.
     • SC/ST/PwBD candidates: 55% marks in the degree examination.
2. Specialists (Accounts):
   • Qualification: As specified for each specialist position. Should be from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
3. Age Limit:
   • Minimum Age: 21 years
   • Maximum Age: 30 years (as of September 1, 2024)

Salary Structure

• Basic Pay: ₹32,795 per month.
• Total Monthly Emoluments: Approximately ₹56,000 to ₹57,000. This includes the basic pay along with allowances such as House Rent Allowance (HRA), Special Allowance, and other benefits.
• Pay Scale: The pay scale is generally aligned with the company’s compensation structure, which includes performance bonuses and other perks.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of three phases:

1. Phase I: Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)

• The final selection will be based on the combined marks from the Phase II Main Exam and the Interview. A merit list will be prepared in descending order of the consolidated marks.
